Hi, my name is Analeigh and I am the health coach of Aspen Lifestyle. When my son was 6 years old, he had many behavioural issues and I was constantly asked if he had ADHD. He struggled through school and couldn’t concentrate, and was always getting in trouble. It was an extremely challenging time. Before searching for a diagnosis, I decided to change my son’s diet. The results absolutely blew me away. Nearly all of my son’s behavioural issues disappeared within weeks.

It was through this journey that I realised the impact that food has not only on kids, but on all of us. This is what inspired me to help other families change the way they eat, and therefore change their future. Through cooking and time saving tips, as well as education on which foods to avoid and which to include, I help families to thrive.

I have spent the last 15 years adjusting the way I feed my family, stepping away from the convenience of processed foods and towards real food. It doesn’t come without a fair amount of stress and that’s why I am passionate about helping others do the same without all the worry and stress that I had to endure. There is a process I followed to get where I am today and I want to share that process with you. I’ve done all the hard work, so let me help you to take the stress out of feeding your family (and yourself). 

Work with me

Over the course of 10 one on one sessions, Analeigh will work with you to change the way you eat, cook and view food all together. Together we will minimise the stress you currently feel attached to feeding your family and work out how to ditch processed food for good.

The aim is to cut down the time spent cooking as well as the costs, and have you excited about getting into the kitchen and not dreading each and every dinner time.
